IN HIS OWN WORDS
College Experience
"Going to Harvard I wanted to take a few steps in maturing on and off the ice. Being an upperclassman, I wanted to take on more of a leadership role. Throughout my three years it's definitely something that I learned and can take with me to the next level."
Competing At Men's Worlds
"It was different than college, being around NHL guys every day. It was definitely a good experience, seeing how those guys carry themselves every day, their habits in practice and how hard they work. It was definitely a good experience for me moving forward."
Signing With His Hometown Team:
"Just signing in the NHL alone is pretty special. To have it be back home with the Rangers makes it even better for me."
His Playing Style:
"I'm an offensive defenseman. I like to use my skill and my hockey sense to try and make plays and create offense."
